Advances in Dye Development and Microscopy for Live Cell Super Resolution Microscopy with the Vutara 352

Learn about Vutara 352 technology and sample preparation techniques for successful live-cell imaging techniques using the currently available family of fluorophores.

In this webinar, we will discuss theVutara 352technology and sample preparation techniques for successful live-cell imaging techniques using the currently available family of fluorophores.

We will also describe a collaboration with Luke Lavis and Fadi Jradi (HHMI, Janelia) to develop dyes that spontaneously blink under physiological conditions and low laser power. The characteristics of these dyes make them ideal for long term live-cell imaging without phototoxicity.

Finally, we will discuss theVutara SRXsoftware and how it can be used to analyze live cell single molecule data.

Key Topics

  • Overview of single molecule localization microscopy
  • Current state of the art for live cell single molecule microscopy
  • Novel dye development for single molecule microscopy (in collaboration with Luke Lavis)
